Session 1: completed 11/23
Lateral taps were the hardest. Keeping my tapping toe pointed forward was hard. I had to really concentrate on that.
Single leg bridges felt good. I did a lot of those in rehab and like them now.
Squat rock was fun. The backwards motion was the hardest for me.
Quick hops felt good. Need to work on being lighter on my feet. I remember doing ladder drills during rehab and the first time we did hops I could really feel me knee, now they feel the same. That is awesome to see.
