To fully engage with the ACL Strong Signature Program, here's a checklist of the equipment you'll need for the workouts:

Required:

  1. Resistance Mini Band: The mini band is utilized in all modules throughout the program for targeting various muscle groups, such as lateral hip stabilizers, gluteals, and core muscles. CLICK HERE TO BUY NOW  

Optional:

  1. Unstable Surface: While not mandatory, having an unstable surface like a balance pad or wobble board can add an extra challenge to certain exercises, enhancing your balance, stability, and body control.  CLICK HERE TO BUY NOW

  2. Long Resistance Band: This band will be utilized intermittently throughout the course. If you have a resistance band or cable machine available, great. If you do not have one, simply skip or modify the exercise as instructed and move on. CLICK HERE TO BUY NOW

  3. Kettlebell, dumbbell, or hand weight: While this is NOT absolutely necessary, there will be opportunities to add weight to an exercise, if you choose to do so. Again, this is optional.

If you do NOT have any equipment available, there are modifications provided. You do not have to wait to receive your resistance band to begin the program. Order it now and then begin Module 1.1 and simply add the band to your workouts upon receiving it.
